People travel from all over the country to experience The National Quartet Convention. This extremely popular event among the Christian faith is an annual gathering of Southern Gospel Quartets and musicians. It is held at our very own LeConte Center in Pigeon Forge, TN. This is the third year that our cute little town has hosted this event, and boy does it bring quite the crowd! This year for the 2016 National Quartet Convention the expected number is around 40,000, people all gathering together to enjoy inspirational music. So here’s the skinny on what you can expect to see this year if you are planning to attend! Each year it seems to get better and better, if that is even possible! This week long event is packed with over 500 exhibitors and nearly 300 Gospel artists. The 2016 National Quartet Convention begins September 25th and runs through October 1st.

This is an event that the City of Pigeon Forge prepares for far in advance. There are Airport Shuttles if you are flying in, and they are offering Hotel Shuttles and Trolley Passes to help minimize the amount of traffic on the road during the event. I would highly recommend looking into these extra features to help ensure a smooth experience while you are visiting. As a popular vacation destination our goal is to ensure a fun experience by all!
