Our guests are our #1 priority and it is our priority to ensure a safe vacation experience. It is important that we keep our guests and employees safe and healthy. The impact of Covid-19 has given us an opportunity to do some restructuring on a few procedures. It is important to us that you know that we are here to help you however we can. Please be sure to read about our procedures and the implementations we have put in place for Covid-19 Concerns and to ensure a safe vacation experience. 

We hope you will take the time to read over our cancellation policy as we share details that you will need to know should you want to reschedule or cancel your vacation with us. If you are concerned you may not be able to make your trip to Pigeon Forge, we recommend guests take advantage of our Vacation Guarantee/Travel Insurance at the time of booking.

Updated Check-In Policy

We have implemented a virtual check-in option for all of our guests. We have made it possible for our guests to sign their reservation documents prior to arrival. This provides our guests the opportunity to go straight to their vacation condo without having to come into the office.  

The front office is still available to check guests in and we welcome those that would like to check in at the office as we love seeing our guests! We would like to ask that you please limit the number of people in your party that come into the office for check-in. The person whose name is on the reservation is the only person necessary to come into the office to check-in. A valid government issued ID will be asked for to complete the check-in process so please be sure to bring that into the office with you. 

Updated Departure Policy

For those that would like to do a contactless check-out, guests can drop their keys off through the “key drop slot” on the front door at the office. Otherwise, please bring all keys to the front desk to complete check-out. 

As a company, we have high expectations when it comes to the cleanliness of our vacation rentals and resort. Prior to a guests arrival, we do a thorough cleaning and two inspections. When Covid-19 hit, we did an overhaul on our cleaning products and had new cleaners put in that combat Covid-19. 

Our housekeeping and maintenance staff both work diligently to ensure a properly maintained property. Employees take extra measures that include routine hand-washing.

Please note that we do not offer daily housekeeping service during your stay. We provide an ample amount of towels for the condo size you vacation in and there is a washer and dryer for you to refresh towels if necessary. 

Should maintenance have to enter your vacation condo during your stay, we have two options.
 
1. Maintenance enters while the vacation rental is vacant. This can be either while guests are out enjoying themselves in town or while taking advantage of the amenities on-site.
2. Should the guests be in the condo, they must go to a separate room while maintenance is taking care of the issue.
